This form allows you to request account deletion in the Avanti Platform. By submitting this Account Delete Request Form, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Account Deletion Process: The submission of this form will initiate the account deletion process if verified. Please note that this process may take upto 30 business days.
- Account Deletion: The user will not be able to login after the account is deleted. Data retention is governed by statutory and regulatory requirements as communicated from time to time by MCA and RBI.
- Confirmation Email/SMS: You will receive a confirmation email/SMS acknowledging the receipt of your account deletion request.
- Compliance with Policies: Account deletion requests are subject to our internal policies. We reserve the right to refuse or modify requests that do not comply with our policies or legal requirements.
